About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is run by Dyne Auto, 25 Kelvin Road North, Graniteside, Harare.

What this website is for

This site shows what we supply and lets you ask us for quotes and book services. It is not an online shop. You cannot buy anything or pay on this site.

Quotes

• We do not show prices. Every sale starts with a quote.
• Adding items to your quote list, or sending a quote request, is a request for a quote. It is not an order and does not bind you or us.
• A quote is only valid for the period stated on it. Prices, availability and delivery times can change until we confirm an order in writing.
• Please give correct part numbers, chassis numbers and vehicle details. We quote from what you tell us, and a wrong detail can mean the wrong part.

Service and repair bookings

• A date and time chosen on this site is tentative. It is confirmed only when we reply and agree it with you.
• We may need to change a booking, for example if parts are delayed or the workshop is closed. We will tell you as soon as we can.
• Workshop hours are shown on the booking page and can change. The workshop is closed on weekends.
• The cost of a repair or service is agreed with you in a quote before work starts.

Product information and photos

We try to keep descriptions, specifications and photos accurate and up to date. They are a guide only. Photos may not show the exact item, and specifications can change without notice. Brand names such as XCMG, Shacman, FAW and Sino belong to their owners. We are an authorised XCMG dealer. Other brand names are used to say what we supply and do not mean they endorse this site.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• use the site to break the law or send false, harmful or abusive information;
• try to get into the staff admin area, other users' information or our systems;
• interfere with the site, for example by sending large volumes of automated requests;
• copy, scrape or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Dyne Auto or to the people who allowed us to use them. You may view and print pages for your own use in dealing with us. You may not copy or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and uses services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp. They have their own terms and we are not responsible for them or for their content.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

Limits on our responsibility

We take reasonable care with the information on this site, but it is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site, from errors in it, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Zimbabwean law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the change.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe will deal with any dispute about them.
